Forum is currently seeking a Part TimeAdministration Assistant to become part of our team.
Forum Engineers provides professional consulting engineering services covering a wide variety of structural and civil engineering projects including residential housing developments ranging from project homes to multi-unit developments and architecturally designed houses, various industrial and commercial projects including warehouses and industrial unit developments as well as clubs, pubs and forensic investigations and structural damage reports.
This role involves:
- Approximately 20 hours per week over minimum 3 days
- Answering phone calls and directing calls to Forum team members
- Typing of fee proposals, reports, letters and procedural documents
- Ordering office supplies
- Assisting with creating new project files
- Coordinating and saving documentation
- Providing support to other administration members
- General office duties
To be a favoured candidate you would be required to have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- A positive attitude and friendly demeanour
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience with Xero accounting software would be advantageous but not essential
- Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word and Excel)
