Job description

Robatech Australia optimizes the industrial application process for hot melt and cold glue providing sustainable and innovative adhesive application systems and are currently seeking an Administration Assistant / Receptionist to join the friendly and professional Silverwater based team.

Position Overview:-

You will be joining a small team in a pivotal role as their Admin Assistant and Receptionist. This is a Part Time 24 hours per week, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday position with flexible start and finish times. We offer a friendly, supportive and professional working environment that is family friendly and allows for a healthy work life balance. 

About you:-

You may be seeking your first position having completed a TAFE course or similar, or you may be a return to work parent seeking to return to the workforce. You will be a diligent worker with excellent communication skills and be able to keep up with the fast-paced nature of the role. 

Your main responsibilities and duties will include:-

  • Reception duties
  • Office Administration
  • Accounts payable
  • Accounts receivable
  • Create invoices
  • Create purchases 
  • Communicate effectively and liaise with team
  • Generate purchase orders and check received goods
  • Maintain records
  • Manage customer enquiries, resolve admin related-tasks
  • Respond timely to customer enquiries
  • Implement effective reporting and record-keeping practices
  • Supporting team members in problem resolution and goal achievement

Your experience, skill set and qualifications will include:-

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good computing skills (MS Office Intermediate)
  • Some experience in using ERP systems such as Microsoft Navision is desirable but not required
  • Bookkeeping experience is desirable but not required
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
  • Attention to detail and a proactive problem solver
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary Range:- Salary based on 24 hour working week
Location:- Silverwater, Parking Available
Position Type:- Permanent Part Time, Permanent Residency required
