Your OpportunityAs an administrative Assistant / Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations by welcoming our visitors whilst also providing support to general administration, technical records and stores.
Your Responsibilities:
- General reception duties, including but not limited to;
- Welcoming customers into the facility.
- Utilising and maintaining the sign on/induction system.
- Directing customers/suppliers to different departments and or individuals.
- Answering main line phone calls and directing where necessary.
- Issuing of visitor passes and assist visitors with checking in and checking out at the reception desk.
- Assist with administration duties such as arranging for setup of new employees, subcontractors and or suppliers, including any IT access as required.
- Provide support to stores as required with activities such as dispatching items for pickups, managing stock with the hangar store, coordinating return of exchange units and actioning new part orders through company systems.
- Ensure relationships with customers and suppliers are developed, promoted and maintained.
- Provide excellent customer and contract stakeholder focus.
- Demonstration of effective time management, a ‘here to help’ approach with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications, and a quick learner.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all work.
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency required.
- Customer service and safety focused.
