Full Job Description
This is a fantastic role if you are looking to start your career and want to help people across the community. Our client is looking for a Claims Administrator who will be based in Shepparton. This is an opportunity for you to make a real impact on the customer and help rebuild their lives.

The role

• Support the customer through their claims process, providing regular updates
• Collate and Prepare claim documents, policies, and reports to advise accordingly
• Manage inbound and outbound calls
• Database management- ensure reports and data is correctly inputted into the system
• Ad hoc administration and reporting

Your background

• 6-12 months experience in the insurance industry preferred but not essential
• Administration assistance, supporting a team in a fast-paced environment
• A customer-centric approach, showing genuine care to your customers
• Ability to problem solve and adapt to the needs of the customer and stakeholders
• Reliable team player who works towards a shared goal
• Attention to detail, taking pride in their work
