The Customer Service Administrator’s main responsibilities are:
- Taking inbound calls and assisting with customer enquiries.
- Processing purchase orders for key retail accounts.
- Accurate data entry when processing customer orders into our ERP system.
- Processing orders through EDI.
- Working closely with the Operations team to ensure on time delivery to customers.
- Administration of customer accounts in relation to orders and invoices.
- Providing direct support to the Field Sales team and providing sales support.
- Manage customer enquiries, via email, social media and website.
About You:
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Experience in a Customer Service role ideally within the FMCG/consumer goods industry.
- Excellent communication and Customer Service skills.
- Professional friendly telephone manner.
- Strong Data Entry experience.
- Demonstrated work ability with Microsoft Office suite of products.
