About the role
We operate a small and proactive international procurement business, which services the needs of the McNab Group. We are centered on providing affordable yet quality products within required timeframes to the McNab sites, to ensure that our project teams deliver on their promises to our customers around timeframes and quality.
In this newly created role, you will become a key part of the team providing much needed administrative support to our procurement and logistics, facade and joinery teams.
Some daily duties will include:
- Assist in maintaining product database and monthly stock take for reporting.
- Liaise with accounts for invoice payments, including collating supporting documentation.
- Assist with the procurement administration processes and schedules including maintaining registers and conducting reporting such as weekly status reports or outstanding project order reports.
- Document management.
- Coordination and booking of travel for the Supply Haus team.
- Invoice processing including preparation through JobPac.
About you
Your passion for variety and helping others along with a desire to work within a collaborative team will see you succeed in this role. You are a dedicated individual, show attention to detail and have a demonstrated ability to build relationships and rapport within the business.
As well as this you will:
- Come from a similar role and have an understanding of procurement and/or construction industry.
- Be agile – we are a fast-moving business with changing priorities.
- Be proficient with a range of software and systems and a willingness to learn new ones.
- Possess strong communication skills with an ability to build relationships at all levels of the business.
- Be able to work effectively within a team to ensure workload is prioritised to achieve daily objectives.
- Enjoy having a role that you can make your own and add value too.
