We have a great opportunity for a Permanent Part-time Administration Assistant to join us at our Cardiff site. You will work 3 days a week: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
In your role as Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for general administration and office coordination tasks, weekly payroll processing, travel bookings, expense claims and supporting the Operations Manager in the efficient running of the Cardiff site. This position will ensure delivery of a high-quality service for both internal and external customers, whilst seeking opportunities of continuous improvement.
About You:
- Certificate 3 in Business (Administration) or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years+ experience within a similar role
- Proven experience in Payroll - Timekeeping and labour booking, with KRONOS and/or similar systems.
- Experience with Enterprise Agreement and Award interpretation for wages Payroll preparation.
- Proven experience in use of computer and basic office software packages. E.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability and willingness to work collaboratively with Administration personnel across all Downer locations to ensure the smooth processing of inter-site work E.g. Secondments, Travel, Payroll, etc.
