Veritus Research is seeking a full-time Administration Assistant to be the first point of contact for visitors to Veritus Research and demonstrate our company values to ensure a positive experience.

To be successful in this role, you will:
- Contribute to visitor satisfaction by exhibiting our company values and making all you meet or speak to feel welcomed, valued, and comfortable
- Ensure all participant payments are completed, and all required data is entered into Clinibase within 2 business days of visit
- Ensure all weekly and ad hoc supply orders are filled within required timeframes to guarantee the continuity of the business

KEY SKILLS
- Computer literate in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
