Due to a team member retiring we are seeking a part-time Administration Assistant to work alongside our administration team at our Qld office. HealthSaver are located on the South Side of Brisbane at Mansfield and have been manufacturing, importing and distributing innovative healthcare products in Australia for over twenty years. The company is a leader in the field of hip and skin protection, and has a wealth of experience in the falls prevention and protection & pressure Injury prevention and protection areas, supplying products to Australian hospitals, aged care facilities, clinics and individuals to help with fragile skin, hip fracture prevention and more.
About the role
- Admin, data entry for customer sales orders
- Responding to customer and distributor e-mail
- Dealing with customer phone queries
- Providing product information to our customers via phone and e-mail
- Processing of customer orders in MYOB
- Creating quotes for customers in MYOB
- Processing credit card payments for quotes and sales
- Various data entry/telephone & administration functions
Must be available to work Mondays and Fridays 8.30am to 4.30pm (and be available to work those 2 days during Christmas & school holidays)
