We are seeking an enthusiastic Admin Assistant to support our extensive Service operations on a casual basis at one our prestigious education sites Rostrevor College. You will be a professional who can work autonomously while supporting the TWG managers with daily administrative operations.
The Role:
- Establishes and sustains a productive relationship with key staff through day to day contact
- Ensure the business unit administration is managed in an effective, accurate manner and meets corporate reporting schedule
About You:
- A passion for continuous improvement
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
- Ability to work within both a team environment and individually
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills
- An understanding of WH&S and Food Safety practices would be advantageous
