The Role
The Administration Assistant plays a key role in providing professional first point of contact support to clients, providing support to the Schrole team and undertaking administration tasks. Located in Osborne Park, the role is offered full time Monday to Friday
Role responsibilities will include:
- Being the first point of contact for clients, providing information, answering questions, and connecting with the correct people.
- Providing administrative support including email correspondence, letters, spreadsheets, forms, event organisation, and purchasing.
- Providing “front-desk” coverage by answering phones, directing calls, greeting guests as they arrive, managing incoming/outgoing mail and shipments, and maintaining an organised, clean office environment in all areas.
- Coordinating internal and external resources to expedite workflow.
- Planning, organising, and scheduling company meetings in the office, off-site, and via videoconference as requested.
- Correctly handling and storing confidential information.
- Keeping the office inventory up to date, including Schrole Property e.g. tech/furniture.
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies and food deliveries/catering for group meetings and events.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Cert III in Business Administration along with 2+ years administrative experience.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to multitask and complete tasks within set timeframes.
- Aptitude for learning new software and systems.
- Experience developing internal processes, filing systems, and dealing with confidential information.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to listen and adhere to instructions and processes.
