The Role
The role is to provide administration support to the Office Manager and will require the successful applicant to be experienced, trustworthy and able to work unsupervised. Working in a modern, well-equipped office, you will become a valued and integral member of the team. The role will be 38 hours per week, from our head office in Yatala. Strictly in house role, no remote work.
Key Responsibilities
This is a busy and varied role, and your duties will include but are not limited to:
- WHS Management System including preparation of site-specific documentation, supplier, and subcontractor WHS document management.
- Maintaining and updating various spreadsheets in Excel.
- Communicating requirements with subcontractors, suppliers, and utility providers.
- Quote documentation control.
- Filing, mail collection, stationery, uniform and merchandise ordering, document archiving.
Required Skills
- Prior experience with Xero, Outlook, and MS Office essential.
- Excellent administration skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to work autonomously, as well as part of the team.
- Be able to demonstrate problem solving, and an ability to multitask.
- Prior experience & an understanding of the Building and Construction Industry will be highly regarded.
