What is your new role about?
Manage Reception and efficient running of the Bentley office, including receiving visitors, attending to switchboard, staff amenities and business services, as well as travel services and general administrative support. Availability to work during normal Reception opening hours of 8:00am to 4:00pm each business day.
Your new role will include:
- Greet and receive visitors at Reception and facilitate the visitor sign in/out process.
- Switchboard management.
- Mail management and courier services.
- Arrange catering and distribute staff amenities (fruit, tea/coffee, biscuits).
- Facilitate ordering and issuing of office supplies and consumables.
- Order and distribute uniforms and monitor requests for compliance to policy.
- Manage taxi booking services.
- Manage guest Wi-Fi access requests.
- Assist with security access requests.
- Provide property and facilities services support as required.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable and meets Horizon Power safety standards.
- Book and provide support to travel bookers and staff according to the Travel Management Policy
- Identify continuous improvement initiatives with travel and other administrative function.
- Undertake financial administrative tasks including creating purchase orders and processing invoices.
- Provide administrative support for the Commercial Ops team such as scheduling meetings, booking rooms and other clerical duties.
Our new Administration Assistant will have:
- Demonstrated experience in a reception environment or relevant administrative role,
