Administration Clerk
Grand Motors Toyota is a multi-award winning company that has represented Toyota on the Gold Coast for over 50 years, providing superior guest service and motor vehicle solutions.
An opportunity has become available for an experienced Administration Officer to join our Service team. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday.
The role reports to the Service Manager and will be responsible for:
- Document control
- Costing and invoicing
- Follow up outstanding debtors
- General administrative tasks
- Assist with filing
- Assist Service Advisors when required.
- Ensure Grand Motors Toyota code of ethics and Toyota for Life quality standards are adhered to at all times
The successful applicant would have strong administrative experience and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Applicants must be a well presented, be a confident team player with exceptional communication skills and totally committed to providing excellent customer service.
