This opportunity is a fixed term contract for a role supporting our consultants within the Early Childhood space, ideal for a customer-focused administration professional eager to enhance their skill set. The role is part time allowing you to work 5 days a week with flexible hours. You will work closely with our national team, ensuring educator compliance standards are met, along with providing customer service to educators along their onboarding process. Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build relationships are essential. You will be a proactive self-starter with a positive attitude and a passion for making a difference.  
  
The ideal candidate will have experience in administration, customer service or compliance management, and ideally education market knowledge and experience. To do this successfully you have:  

  • An ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team  
  • Are adaptable and flexible to changing situations and requirements  
  • A demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
  • A willingness to learn and continuously improve skills and knowledge
  • A current Australian drivers licence, full ongoing working rights within Australia and willing to obtain a volunteer working with children check card
