Purpose of the Role:
CDC are currently searching for a reliable, detail-oriented, and results driven Administration Coordinator, to play a critical support role to our Operations team at our Geelong Depot. This position, reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, will be responsible for all aspects of administration support, to both the operations team and senior management.
This is a Part-Time opportunity (Monday to Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm). All work must be performed on site.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders, assisting with queries relating to any operational matter in a professional and positive manner.
- As the ‘front face’ of the Depot, provide the highest levels of service to our customers and colleagues.
- Ensure accreditation documents and records are up to date.
- Assist in the coordination of charter services, to ensure the best customer experience.
- Prepare banking, uniform orders, filing and other general duties as may be required.
- Assist with reception duties, as required.
To be appointed to the role you must have:
- Experience working in an office environment, with exposure to administration and reception duties.
- The ability to work unsupervised, and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, and comprehensive skills in Microsoft Office, in particular Word and Excel.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or D365 software is highly desirable.
