Are you seeking a new opportunity in a diverse and inclusive environment? As well as a passion for organisation in day to day life? We are looking for a suitably experienced Administration Coordinator on a part-time basis at our Farmlands operation. This is a permanent position 3 days per week!
As the Farmlands Admin Coordinator, your role will be integral in providing confidential administrative service to the Farmlands Manager! Assisting our operation to reach its business objectives by providing support with respect to the administration of the quality and environmental certifications, customer relationships and procurement functions.
You will assist in creating and driving new practices with the Farmlands management team assisting us with their tasks and facilitating the flow of information between the three Farmlands business locations.

Office management experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity of the agricultural industry and agribusiness
Highly motivated and autonomous
Commercial business skills, e.g. cashflow, budgets, reconciliations
Understanding of the government regulations of the National Livestock Identification Scheme, Cattle-care and Livestock Bio security Schemes.
Knowledge of the WA cattle industry.
High level of understanding and knowledge of those businesses that supply and service the Farmlands across the three locations

About where you will work
You will work adjacent to the Wagerup Alumina Refinery which is located on the border of Western Australia’s Peel and South West regions, 130 kilometres south of Perth, four kilometres north of Yarloop and 13 kilometres south of Waroona. Wagerup refinery employs approximately 600 people and of those, around 30 per cent live in the local shires of Waroona and Harvey.
