Our Role:

As the Administration Coordinator, you will work undertake the day-to-day administrative operations of the business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the office, managing administrative tasks, and supporting various departments within the organisation.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with phones, customer enquiries, reporting
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties as directed
  • Team diary coordination
  • Meeting minutes
  • Event organisation and management 
  • Staff travel bookings 
  • Office supplies and uniform purchasing
  • Direct assistance to the General Manager
  • Organising and planning all staff meetings
  • New staff inductions 
  • All administrative functions and team support for ensuring the smooth operation of the business.

The Requirements:

  • A people-person who enjoys interacting and collaborating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation
  • Highly organized with impeccable time management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage processes, develop office standards and promote process improvement.
  • Proven experience as an office coordinator or in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A good work ethic, reliable and a team player
  • Drive and determination to learn and progress
  • Provisional Driver License (minimum).
