Qualifications & experience
- Be proficient in MS Office with advanced knowledge of Excel and its applications
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills

Tasks & responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for operations and sales team
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices
- Process customer orders on multiple platforms
- Answer the office line and record all enquiries
- Maintain office paperwork/ purchase orders/ invoices
- Manage and follow up all cash sale quotes and orders
- Keep customer pricing up to date in our data base and Excel
- General office cleaning duties
- In-House sales
