We are on the hunt for a friendly, experienced Administration and Customer Service Officer.

Qualifications & experience

• Be proficient in MS Office with advanced knowledge of Excel and its applications
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Be confident, self-motivated, and positive
• Team Player

Tasks & responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for operations and sales team
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices
• Process customer orders on multiple platforms
• Answer the office line and record all enquiries
• Maintain office paperwork/ purchase orders/ invoices
• Manage and follow up all cash sale quotes and orders
• Keep customer pricing up to date in our data base and Excel
• General office cleaning duties
• In-House sales
