Customer Service Superstar

- Mon to Thu 8.30am-5pm, Fri 8.30am-3pm
- $60,000 - $70,000

Green Energy Technologies is experiencing rapid growth and is looking for Australia’s best ‘Customer Service Superstar’ for our Cannonvale branch.
About the role
The Green Energy Technologies ‘Customer Service Superstar’ will report to the Branch Manager and will be responsible for liaising with the Sales and Install teams for our Cannonvale branch.
What you will be doing
- Reception, responding to telephone calls, emails and greeting clients
- Establishing, developing & maintaining positive client relationships.
- Scheduling works & crew management supporting our Install teams
- Working closely with the Install Supervisor, Leads & Branch Manager.
- Processing & preparing sales for our Sales team.
- Finalising jobs ready for our Accounts team.
- Stock procurement and logistics. Office Management.
- Client service and ongoing support- ensuring the swift resolution of all enquires & problems.
