Job Description:
As a Day Therapy Unit Booking Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to effectively manage and coordinate patient bookings for our DTU. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic, maintaining exceptional patient experiences, and supporting the nursing and clinical team. You will manage all triage enquiries and patient needs, whilst efficiently managing booking, registration, and billing processes. Therefore, you will possess superior organisation skills and be an effective communicator.
