ADMINISTRATION & EXHIBITION CO-ORDINATOR
Northern Territory’s major provider of Exhibitions, Corporate Events and Furniture hire is seeking the services of an Exhibition & Events Administration coordinator to work with our events and exhibitions team in a busy and fun environment.
The position initially would be 4-6month, full time contract with an immediate start.
Ideally suited to an individual that has studied a relevant event management diploma or degree, duties would include:
- Provide day to day support to the General Manager & Event Coordinators
- Answering all incoming calls and direct clients & suppliers as required
- Oversee all deliveries and picks ups
- Liaising with venues, clients, exhibitors, subcontractors and staff as required
- Data entry into Exhibition software program, training provided
- Overseeing & managing linen and theming elements
- Being onsite at events to assist in the setup and/or dismantle with the ability to follow instructions and execute attention to detail
- Creative flair and local knowledge of NT major events and what work is involved with setting up events and exhibitions
- Work within a team environment

- Enthusiastic and motivated
- Deadline driven with attention to detail
- Great problem solver with the ability to think outside the box
- Manage and deal with changing circumstances with a positive attitude
- Prepared to work outside of normal working hours when required
- Physically fit and creative as the role will require lifting as well as putting together table centers as well as chair covers and styling for events
- Proficient in the use of IT programs and can learn our inhouse software
- Hold a current NT drivers’ license & valid white card
