Recharge Petroleum is a Fuel Distribution and Transport company that plays a crucial role in supporting the fuel supply of Northern Western Australia and the Northern Territory. With strategically located depots throughout Northern WA and NT, we specialise in deliveries to mining, retail, aviation, exploration camps, cattle stations, and remote communities.
The Opportunity
Our Katherine Depot is looking for a Part-Time experienced Administration Assistant, to provide administrative support to Depot Management and provide excellent customer service to our customers. Work hours 5-6 hours from Monday to Friday.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Undertake all general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, record keeping and scanning
- Daily Invoicing
- Assisting with Monthly Stocktakes
- Over the counter sales
- Answering phone calls
- Customer service
- Liaising with our Perth Admin team
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience working in an office environment within the transport industry (highly regarded)
- High level of computer skills
- Good Organisation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Positive and helpful attitude
