Administration Manager-Kimberley Region-Remote Western AustraliaLOCATED IN THE KIMBERLEY REGION OF REMOTE WESTERN AUSTRALIA - LIVE IN ROLE - RELOCATION IS REQUIRED
We are seeking an experienced Administration Manager for this busy mechanical workshop located in the spectacular Kimberley Region of remote Western Australia.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills along with extensive administration experience. The successful candidate will be seeking a long term commitment and have the ability to take ownership of all administration tasks. A knowledge of mechanics is essential.
As the role is based in the amazing Kimberley Region, there are spectacular sights to visit on your days off, such as gorges, canyons and caves. Learn new skills, see amazing locations and also be exposed to a fascinating culture with many significant cultural sites to visit.

Package:
- $75,000+ Negotiable
- 4 weeks annual leave'

Duties including but not limited to:
- Oversee all administration for the mechanic
- General counter and administration work
- Booking in jobs, answering calls and emails
- Processing of all accounts payable & receivable through XERO
- Daily counting and balancing of payments + banking
- Liaising with customers
- Liaising with suppliers, sourcing and ordering equipment
- Maintain a clean office environment
- General administration work
- Dealing with & negotiating with suppliers
- Logistics and freight of parts
- Allocating jobs to the mechanics
- Undertake mechanic performance reviews
- Maintain excellent communication with Head Mechanic manager
- Compile board reports
- Monitor time sheets and process to payroll
- Other duties as required
- Candidates must have previous administration experience
- Knowledge of mechanics essential
- Must have excellent English and excellent communication skills
- Able to work unsupervised
- Ideally have their own license and car
- Have or be able to obtain a Police Clearance
- Access via sealed roads or bus
- Telstra Mobile Coverage Available
