An exciting opportunity has become available for a full-time Administration Manager at Oxley's. The role involves you managing the administration of our three businesses - Oxley's Doors, Oxley's Roofing & Plumbing and Oxley's Building.

About the role:
This is a management role where you will be accountable for our administration processes. You will be assisted by our local and offshore (Philippines) administration team members. Key processes include:
- Bookkeeping, payroll and financial control
- Process development and implementation
- Sales support
- OH&S process administration
- Social media, marketing and advertising
- Other general office administration
About you:
- Prior bookkeeping and administration experience is a must
- Excellent use of modern technology, including Microsoft Teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word & Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
