You have 2-3 years’ experience in administration and servicing clients
The role
As part of the Client Services team, this role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service as administrative support. Working closely with the Account Managers this role involves, entering incidents and claims and other data entry, reporting, working with our internal systems, contacting claimants, drafting and sending correspondence to third parties and a range of other administrative duties as required as well as providing support to the centralised client services team.
Please be aware that although limited, this role will involve some exposure to information of a sensitive nature that may be distressing to some people.
Responsibilities
- Lodging claims and incidents on daily basis on internal and external system
- Client creation, management, updating details in CRM
- Creating reports and scheduling reports
- Reconciling reports and finding variances
- Drafting of key documents including release agreements and claim letters
- Completing Medicare Notices of Settlement
- Creating a first positive and lasting impression, for our clients and claimants, both on the phone and through correspondence
- Back up reception duties
- Support other client services team members as required
