Job Essentials
Reporting to the EA and Office Manager, the Administration Manager is a valuable part of the team, supporting many different business units of the Company in line with our Purpose, Vision, Strategy and Values.
It is essential that the Administration Manager provides a high level of customer service, both in person and over the phone.
In particular, the role will be focusing on managing the relationship with our corporate travel provider Enperso, supporting budgeting procedures and managing the expense management process for the executive team. Planning and execution of regular and ad hoc corporate events to support an inclusive working environment.
In addition to providing a service to our clients and unitholders, the Administration Manager also provides operational support to all staff members across the business and relief support to the Executive Assistant & Office Manager, as required.
About you
You will have the expertise and experience to be responsive in delivering on the core responsibilities of the role. You are comfortable being office based.
You have a can-do attitude and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You are proactive and can show an awareness of what needs to be done.

Able to build trusted relationships is key as you will be working with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
Systems experience with Concur, Yardi and Pulse building management system would be highly regarded as well as exposure to a travel booking platform.
