Dove Occupational Therapy is a growing private paediatric practice consisting of 6 occupational therapists.
We specialise in in the assessment, intervention and evaluation of children aged 3-17 years. We support children in developing their cognitive, motor, sensory and psychosocial skills in a fun therapeutic environment. Based in The Western Suburbs of Perth, we offer school based and clinic-based assessment and intervention.

Hours: Permanent Part time - weekdays 15 - 20 hours per week (hours and day negotiable)
Start - March/April 2024
You will have:
- A high level of verbal communication skills
- Enjoy interacting with children and adults
- The ability to build rapport with patients and clients along with your ability to maintain the highest standard of professionalism.
- Excellent phone manner
- Competent in general written communication (i.e emails)
- Competent in the use of Microsoft programs.
- A desire to complete tasks to a high standard.
- Presentable.
- Ability to work to a very high standard in an autonomous environment.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Meet and greet clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage client bookings and therapist schedules
- Be confident triaging referrals
- Book clients for assessments, interventions and group programs (Halaxy and word software)
- Document minutes at meeting
- Stock control
- Maintain an efficient and organised reception area.
- Data entry and any other general administrative and miscellaneous duties as required
- General housekeeping e.g emptying bins, vacuuming
- Assist occupational therapists as required - photocopying and preparing resources
