Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors at reception
- Answering phone calls
- Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form
- Diary Management, scheduling meetings and booking rooms
- Arranging travel and accommodation
- Liaising with staff in all departments
- Taking minutes at meetings
- Typing up letters and reports
- Data entry
- Maintaining office systems
- Arranging post and deliveries
Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Work well within a team and also autonomously
- Well-developed communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills
- Competent with computer packages (word, excel, outlook etc.)
- Previous Local or State Government experience is highly desirable
