About the RoleThe purpose of the administration support role is to take primary responsibility for day-to-day office administration, internal support to the team and assist customers with their needs. This role plays an important part in the long-term retention of customers, improving market position and growth of the business, by helping us to deliver exceptional services.
The role is 20hrs/week and would suit applicants seeking flexible days/hours.
The role is based in our Kotara office and reports to the Northern NSW Regional Manager.
What you would do:- process referrals & enter into our case management software tool
- process and issue client reports and invoices
- reception and phones
- book appointments
- provide support to the team to help them do their jobs efficiently & professionally
- keep the wheels turning in the office by doing 'all things administration' (e.g. phones, supplies, errands, post)
