Qualifications & experience
- Exposure to Xero or other accounting software well regarded
- Strong MS Office skills and general IT skills
Tasks & responsibilities
- Efficient delivery of administrative services
- General reception duties
- Finance - basic bookkeeping, liaison with Office Bookkeeper and Accountant
- Prepare basic documentation under instruction to a high degree of accuracy and professional presentation
- Preparing Board meeting agenda and minute taking (under instruction)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Picking up lunch, coffee for barristers
- Other Tasks, as directed
