About us

Brand new boutique barristers chambers located next to Melbourne CBD, Flagstaff train station, and close to Victoria Market and Flagstaff Gardens. This is a friendly, dedicated and down-to-earth work environment, where you'll be part of a fabulous Team.

Qualifications & experience

  • Exposure to Xero or other accounting software well regarded
  • Strong MS Office skills and general IT skills

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Efficient delivery of administrative services
  • General reception duties
  • Finance - basic bookkeeping, liaison with Office Bookkeeper and Accountant
  • Prepare basic documentation under instruction to a high degree of accuracy and professional presentation
  • Preparing Board meeting agenda and minute taking (under instruction)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Picking up lunch, coffee for barristers
  • Other Tasks, as directed
