Exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a State Government department as Administration Officers located in Cannington with some travel to East Perth expected. We are looking for a good all-rounder with strong administration skills, to work full time hours, on an initial temporary basis. To start immediately.
Your new role
- Undertake a range of administrative tasks, projects and research activities
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain online systems and operational registers, providing logistical support for examinations and collating information for formal responses
- Team meeting minutes and agenda
- Provide assistance with monthly and annual reports
- General administrative tasks as required
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous administration and customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- State government experience preferred but not essential
- A current police clearance, dated within the past 3 months (or willing to obtain)
