A fantastic full time opportunity has become available at Elliotts Accounting for a proficient and preferably experienced Administrative Officer. Elliotts Accounting is based in Toowoomba and is a dynamic and fast paced firm, we are looking for the successful applicant to start their training immediately.
In this role you will provide client support services, and also administrative support to the staff.
Responsibilities:
- Be first contact for client engagement.
- Provide administrative support to all staff.
- Collation of client’s financials and tax returns.
- Manage record keeping and related activities.
- Review and maintain company records.
You will need:
- Excellent administrative skills and experience.
- Ability to interpret office policies and procedures.
- Ability to work autonomously or part of a team.
- Ability to effectively time manage and prioritise multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
- Professional attitude and presentation.
- Accounting software knowledge preferable but not essential.
- Having previously worked in an accountant’s office would be desirable.
