About the Role
JBS Carriers have great opportunity for a dedicated Administration Officer to join our team in a full-time capacity. Based at Riverview, Ipswich, this position will work closely with the Fleet Coordinator and Management Accountant to help deliver effective office and business operations, handling duties across fleet and finance.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing effective administrative services
- Undertaking various bookkeeping duties including accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, statements and reconciliation
- Environment reporting for sustainability
- Maintaining accurate rate cards
- Undertaking fleet administration and maintaining accurate records in our fleet system
- Supporting the Fleet Coordinator with vehicle management and purchases
- Supporting the Management Accountant
- Other administration duties as required
- High attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- Efficient skills within Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent database input and management
- Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- Previous experience in the motor/transport industry desirable but not essential - training will be provided
