Arbor Operations is a long established Australian tree care company located in Brisbane Northside. We're seeking to appoint an Administrator Officer to support our busy Business Manager.
With an unwavering commitment to high level service delivery, you will liaise with customers, suppliers and staff, completing a wide range of administrative tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
The Role
Perform administration duties such as compiling reports, preparing documentation, answering emails and assisting customers.
- Assist, when required the processing of quotes and work orders.
- Assist with client invoicing.
- Data entry into MYOB.
- Assist with the maintenance of employee records, arranging inductions, update & monitor training spreadsheet, organise training when required.
- Assist with ensuring insurances are up to date.
- Organise internal meetings / diary management.
About You
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proficiency in MYOB.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
- Certificate III in business is highly regarded
- Previous experience in an administrative role of at least 3 years is essential, with data entry / bookkeeping experience preferred.
