Work flexibly from either Brisbane or one of our regional centres; Cairns, Gold Coast, Mackay, Maryborough, Rockhampton, Toowoomba, Townsville, Sunshine Coast (subject to office availability).
Key Outcomes and Accountabilities
The accountabilities of this role are to:
- Deliver a comprehensive administrative support service to the Regulatory Services Group including:
- organising and coordinating divisional events, workshops, and training sessions, including venue booking, catering, and attendee management
- preparing and distributing agendas and minutes of meetings
- identifying and updating the Group's risks, issues and actions
- conducting monthly credit card reconciliations
- overseeing office supplies and equipment, including inventory management and maintenance to ensure smooth operation of the division
- maintaining currency of the Group's organisational chart and support inductions
- identifying and managing archiving, scanning and electronic filing as required
- ensuring the accuracy of the Group's system permissions
- co-ordinating and arranging the regional office's travel requirements
Candidate Attributes
- Manage information from a range of systems to provide accurate and timely reports and documents with a good knowledge of different IT systems.
- High level interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to consult, communicate and problem solve with all levels of staff.
- Demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work in providing administrative support.
- Work independently with minimal direction and collaboratively in a team environment.
- High levels of integrity and demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Demonstrated understanding and awareness of Workplace Health and Safety obligations in Queensland.
