Our client is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Administration Officer to join their team in South Brisbane. What you'll do:
- Deliver quality services to clients, stakeholders and the community through the application of resources, policies, processes, systems and technologies.
- Maintain files in accordance with policies and procedures of the Unit.
- Liaise with clients and their representatives as required in relation to applications for assistance.
- Manage electronic and physical correspondence in accordance with policies and procedures of the Unit.
- Maintain accurate records within the database in line with departmental policies to ensure confidentiality and accuracy of data.
- Communicate effectively and create relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of services.
- Contribute to a high performing team, displaying motivation, collaborating with others, and sharing innovative ideas.
- Provide administrative support to staff and in relation to the general running of the office.
