AddressWorkfast has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and engaged individual who will bring their experience to deliver a high level of Customer Service and can-do attitude to our customers. We are looking for someone that is ready to bring their enthusiasm to a busy and collaborative environment to positively contribute to their continued success.
Your responsibilities would include, but not limited to:
- High volume of processing emails, answering inbound outbound calls, responding to mail and creating purchase orders
- Assessing and solving problems and remedying underlying causes to reduce or remove recurrence.
- Respond to all communications accurately and in a timely manner to exceed customer expectations.
- Plan, schedule & dispatch the correct technician according to customer request, specification or needs
- Update customers on service work to ensure they are kept up to date
To be successful for this role, you must have:
- Experience in scheduling/customer service or call centre position
- Experience working in a team environment
- Experience in compiling Standard Works, Standard Operating Procedures or/and Work Instructions
Experience in some or all the following is highly regarded: Pronto /ERP, Call Centre Activity, FX Service Centre, MS Office/CRM/Dynamics - Excellent active listening skills, in addition to excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Highly organised and process driven
- Ability to hold people accountable and have difficult conversations where required
- Good time management, multi-tasking skills and management of dynamic schedules and priorities
- Ability to meet and exceed KPI’s
