Initially, this role will commence as a 3 month temporary opportunity but may extend for the right person. Working in the CBD, right by Central train station, this role is working 4 days per week, Tuesday - Friday from 10am-3pm. Please note: This role is fully office based.
Position Description
- Act as the first line contact for existing client enquiries.
- Complete administration duties related to client admission, transition, alterations and discharge according to organisational process and systems
- Helping with scheduling meetings and diary management
- Assisting in setting up events
- Accurately and objectively document activities and client services to ensure the effective communication of client needs, preferences, activities and charges.
- Assist with invoice processing
- Manage team documentation and communication systems in line with legislation, industry guidelines and organisational processes
- Previous experience in a similar admin role
- Experience using the Microsoft package
- Strong networking and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet established deadlines.
- A clear, pleasant, professional and confident manner coupled with a genuine customer service focus.
