Our client, a prominent utilities service contractor located NOR, is seeking a temporary Administrative Officer for an assignment with the potential of being extended.Duties will include:
- Raise purchase orders, converting to bills
- Data entering timesheets
- Organising staff training
- Mobilisation/inductions for employees
- Scheduling vehicle services
- Order stationery, office supplies and PPE
- General administrative duties
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Xero Accounting software
- Experience in accounts and administration
- Advanced computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
