On the back of continued success and growth, we have an available vacancy for an Administration Officer based at our Rocklea (QLD) Site, reporting to the administration manager, your day-to-day duties will include but are not limited to the following:
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring smooth operations.
- General administrative duties
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Assist with expense report preparation and submission.
- Answer phone calls and emails, responding to inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Complete and maintain new customer and product setup within the CRM or other relevant systems.
- Process weekly invoicing and ensure timely payments.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, maintaining accurate records.
- Assist in data preparation for reports and presentations, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
- Contribute to the complaint management process, ensuring efficient handling and resolution.
- Assist with various administrative projects as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Role Requirements:
- Commitment to Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within warehousing or logistics.
- A willingness to learn
- Ability to prioritise
- Experience with Xero is desired
