Our Office 

Located in the vibrant NewQuay area of Docklands, the MSC Melbourne office is equipped with end of trip facilities, automated coffee machines, views over Banksia Park and supportive colleagues - this is a work environment to be envied!

The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a full-time role as an Administration Officer within the Administrations Team. This role is key to getting our office to run smoothly. 

We are looking for an all-rounder to be a part of the Melbourne office. You will be heavily involved with most activities in the office. We want a positive, proactive person who can manage and prioritise a variety of tasks. You are reliable, passionate about delighting your internal and external customers to make a difference. You will be responsible for presenting a professional image of MSCA in terms of managing the office. 

The primary task and responsibilities for this position: 

  • General Administration duties
  • Assist reception during breaks and leave periods
  • Expense Management
  • Management of office stationery, supplies, and supplier invoices
  • Property Management
  • Event Management, organise staff and visitor functions
  • Maintain common areas tidy

The successful applicant will be expected to demonstrate the below skills: 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding problem solving skills 
  • Highly organised, proactive great time management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience from a receptionist/administration role is preferred
