The core capability requirements for this role are:
- Provide guidance and information to clients whilst adhering to the QPS Scale of Issue (SOI) and other relevant engagement standards / policies
- Undertake data entry including vetting orders in line with the parameters of the QPS SOI
- Review order details including stock overview and order history in SAP, and delivery tracking with relevant couriers
- Provide front counter service to customers attending for uniform fittings and order pick ups
- Transfer Traffic Infringement Notice books and respond to related queries
- Undertake general office duties, including electronic scanning, filing, mail handling and distribution of correspondence
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality, ethical behaviour, and a professional image
- Work in a multidisciplinary team environment and work autonomously, including setting priorities and monitoring own workflows to deliver a timely and quality service
Role Requirements:
- SAP experience preferred but not essential
