About the RoleThe purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive administration support to the Advance Care Planning (ACP) Facilitators and timely, accurate administrative support to staff and achieve quality processes within the Statewide Office of Advance Care Planning.
- Provide support to the ACP Facilitators within each hospital to achieve expected deliverable outcomes and build capacity in Advance Care Planning.- Participate in the development and maintenance of relevant ACP Facilitator resources including documents, presentations, slideshows etc.- Facilitate the coordination of ACP Facilitator led events, conferences, and workshops across MSH including the taking and dissemination of minutes.- Contribute to projects and campaigns as needed, e.g., Statewide mailouts or events.
