SalaryProvide efficient call centre and booking service for all patients ensuring high utilisation of booking times available for clinicians, data integrity and effective management of the waiting lists in accordance with Queensland Health Policy.
About the role
- Provide a high level of customer service, to both patients and Health Professionals, demonstrating understanding, sound judgement, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- The position is a key interface between the Allied Health Departments, their patients/clients and other stakeholders.
