About the Role
As an APS4 Administration Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing operational and administrative support to our team. Your responsibilities will include organising team communications, coordinating meetings, conducting research and analysis, managing documents and databases, and assisting with project management tasks.
- Organise team email inbox, calendars, and appointments.
- Research and respond to general enquiries.
- Coordinate meeting minutes and papers.
- Support the drafting of written communications.
- Manage documents and databases.
- Assist with travel arrangements and finance reconciliation.
- Participate in project management work as directed.
About you
To thrive in this role, you need:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience engaging with multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the disability, health, or aged care sectors.
- Ability to work within defined parameters and achieve outcomes aligned with organisational objectives.
- Be able to pass and hold a national police check and worker screening check.
- Must be an Australian Citizen.
