St Paul’s Catholic School is a primary co-educational school catering for 205 students from Kindergarten to Grade 6 providing quality and Christ-centred education for all students.

Administration Officer
OngoingPart-time 0.94FTE (35.72 hours per week) (negotiable)
45 Weeks (negotiable)
Commencing: Tuesday 12th March 2024 (negotiable)
This part-time position will assist the Principal with the financial management of the school and be required to demonstrate:
- effectiveness in business services and customer services functions
- ability to follow specified policies, procedures and internal controls
- time management and organisational abilities in an office environment
- commitment to personal and team effectiveness
The successful candidate must have general administration and finance experience and be competent in all facets of general office administration and a demonstrated ability to work cooperatively within a wider team environment. Familiarity within an educational environment would be an advantage.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and in accordance with the Tasmanian Catholic Education Single Enterprise Agreement 2018.
