At Bayview Treetops Care Community, we are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to work at the heart of our care community.
This role is a full time, permanent opportunity, working 9am – 5pm
Role responsibilities:
- Generalist administration duties as required within the Care Community
- Checking timesheets against rosters before payroll submissions
- Resident and family liaisons around new admissions and general enquiries
- Conducting tours of the facility with prospective residents and their families
- Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable processing
