The Business Support team sits proudly front and centre of Compliance and Amenity, with a supportive focus on Local Laws and Parking Services
The role
We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated individual to join the Business Support team. Reporting to the Administration Coordinator, your role is to:
Conduct internal reviews of parking infringement appeals.
Provide detailed responses of the decision made and complete cycle functions for the life cycle of the infringement
The role provides administrative support within the Compliance and Amenity Department and ensures a customer-focussed service is provided to all staff and members of the public
Maintain accurate electronic records, customer service requests, processing registrations and issue permits
About you
We are looking for someone with:
A post secondary training/ qualification in administration (preferred but not essential)
Knowledge of the relevant legislation and prior experience reviewing parking infringement appeals is desirable
Previous administration experience using electronic records management systems
Expertise and demonstrated experience in a high level of customer service, problem solving and organisation skills
The ability to be a team player, willing to play an integral role in the overall success of the department
