ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be accountable for providing customer service, administrative and operational support to the Early Childhood Education Business Area. You are a key and active participant of the Early Childhood Education business area and provides support in relation to key customer service and administrative functions, in particular document production and monitoring internal compliance and procedures
Your key accountabilities will be to:
- Provide a high level of customer service to students, customers and staff:
- Assist with the coordination of internal and external events such as Award Ceremonies, Expos, Conferences and functions
- Assist in the preparation a range of regular and adhoc reports, documentation, papers and submissions
- Provide support in the use of procurement and reconciliation finance systems including invoicing and purchase orders
- Provide assistance with meeting support including room booking, preparation, minutes, agendas and document dissemination
- Assist in maintaining a centralised electronic filing system for records in the area, including TRIM and manual records, to ensure accessibility and reliability of business information
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, industry partners and employers
ABOUT YOU
You will have relevant tertiary qualification Relevant Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration or related disciplines or equivalent experience in a similar role
Additionally, you will also have-
- A strong client focus, with demonstrated experience in building client relationships and ability to provide excellent telephone, face-to-face and email advice
- Demonstrated experience in confidently and courteously liaising with people at all levels
- Proven experience in providing administrative support in a complex working environment
- Proven experience in process improvement, utilising creativity and internal networking to see projects through to delivery
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Demonstrated experience and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint
